Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please be on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not rescheduled or cancelled in advance, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
